View and BookTy Newydd is a quiet and peaceful caravan site situated on the southern boundary of the County of Conwy in North Wales set in beautiful countryside.
Situated on the outskirts of the small village of Llangwm on a small farm, the site was established in the early 1980s as a Certificated Location licensed by the Club, and is still operated by the same family today.
Over the years, the site and its facilities have been upgraded and improved with the introduction of hook up points, centrally heated WC and Shower Room, hard standing pitches, satellite TV plug-in points and more recently, a WiFi connection.
The site's central position in North Wales makes it an ideal touring base for those wishing to visit the North and West Wales coats, the Snowdonia National Park and the border counties of north east Wales.
With five hard-standing pitches and good on-site facilities, the all-inclusive fee makes a stay at Ty Newydd excellent value for money for members.
If you're looking for a relaxing break away from it all in picturesque countryside, visit Ty Newydd Caravan Site in North Wales.

We have just returned from a four night stay at this very peaceful site. There are five large hardstanding pitches with ehu and they all seemed reasonably level. Access is over a small humpbacked bridge which could be tight. The toilets and shower facilities were absolutely fine,... Show more

We stayed 5 nights, mostly with good weather. The site was very clean with good sized, level pitches. Nice toilets and shower, the shower did cost £1 but you got 20 mins ! I had a phone signal but hubs didn't, and you need satellite TV but you can hire a dish... Show more

Brilliant site, very nicely laid out, flat and quite. On site facilities, shower (£1) and toilet very clean. Warm welcome. Nice walks from site and close to Alwen Reservoir where you can walk, fish and bicycle. Will definitely return.

We had a long weekend at this site over the recent Bank Holiday. The site is immaculately maintained. The toilets and shower are very clean. The owners must have taken note of the previous comment as there were name labels on each pitch when we arrived (although we were with... Show more

We too missed the turning into the CL but I rang Ilan who walked from his house to show us where to turn. The village is so tiny and we were not far away at all. The site is quite and well maintained with well spaced hard standings. The facilities are... Show more

Great sitting in the caravan watching the sheep and cows in the field opposite. Makes a nice change from the TV. On arrival in the village I missed the sign for the CL and continued up the road. Soon realised my mistake. It's was not obvious where to pitch and... Show more

Firstly like to say the interaction from the site owner Ilan was fantastic. He greeted us when parked up. When ever he was around he would stop and talk to you. He even took my sons to feed the cows which they loved. Site is clean. Has recycling facilities. For... Show more

Just had a week at this CL, as other reviewers have said, it is peaceful and the scenery is beautiful, however, the Sites Directory 2021, page 531, very clearly states: 'TV reception good' This is a completely false statement as there is actually no terrestrial TV signal at all! When... Show more
