Cae Hir Gardens
Originally three fields of rough farmland, now one of Britain's most highly acclaimed private gardens.
View and BookWelcome to Tyr-Wennol! Our CL site is located in the tranquil village of Rhyd-Rosser, just 2 miles from the coast road and village of Llanrhystud. The picturesque site is quiet and tranquil. We have also just added a new shower and toilet block with a washing up sink available.
Local amenities in Llanrhystud include a good pub, restaurant, post office and shop. The local garage has a large supermarket and the road opposite the garage leads to the beach just 1/2 a mile away.
The Penrhos Park Country Club has facilities which include an indoor pool, gym and sauna plus two championship golf courses with a floodlit driving range. Day visitors are very welcome to use all the facilities. The restaurant and bar is open every day, all year round with an extensive daily menu.
The charming Georgian port town of Aberaeron is just a short drive away and within 10 miles is Aberystwyth. An array of new shops, museum, pier, promenade, Devils Bridge railway and the famous clifftop funicular railway with stunning views make Aberystwyth well worth a visit.
New Quay is just 16 miles away, where you can take a boat trip to see the famous Cardigan bay dolphins or enjoy the lovely sandy beaches.
The site also has a 2 bedroom self-contained cottage apartment available to book directly with the CL Owner should this be of added interest.
All in all we think our CL is a great base to explore the local area and a warm welcome awaits.
