A perfect CL site

Barons Court
Barons court is what we think a CL site should be, really friendly hosts in a beautiful location within walking distance of some local amenities what more could you ask for . We were met on arrival by Nick and given a choice of pitches , we had a full explanation of the site , Nick even helped us to put our awning up!. Llangadog had a couple of pubs (one doing excellent food, and the other a really nice little local) and an excellent butchers . The area had plenty of places to visit and to make it even better we never saw a pot hole !. Barons court is site we will be visiting again and thanks to Steph and Nick for being so welcoming and running a lovely CL site.

First Visit

Barons Court
We stayed here in June with friends. First visit in Wales. A lovely small quiet site, beautiful views all a round. Lovely seeing the Kites flying really low. The service block had a hot shower, two toilets and a washing up area very clean. This CL site will be on our list again to visit. Nick & Steph made us very welcome. Recomend the fresh eggs.

A Little Gem

Barons Court
We had a lovely welcome from Nick and quickly made ourselves at home on this well-kept CL. The pitches were generous and we were lucky to have No. 4 , from which we had stunning views to the mountains as we sat in bed in our Motorhome with a morning brew! The facilities were excellent; 2 loos, a good hot shower, plenty of information and reading material. The washing up area was a bonus too, as there were 4 of us. We enjoyed looking at the animals (they weren't at all noisy) and appreciated seeing red kites so close and song thrushes on the lawn. The restaurant in the village was closed. Perhaps best to check beforehand if you are expecting to eat out. We can recommend Sunday Lunch at the Kings Head in Llandovery, an interesting, historical town about 5 miles away. Thank you Nick and Steph for a most enjoyable stay at Barons Court. Compared to a lot of others, (many with a lot fewer facilities etc), the fees at this CL are VERY reasonable. We would most certainly return.

2nd Visit

Barons Court
This was our second visit to Baron's Court. The first was in a campervan the second in a caravan. The second visit confirmed our opinion after the first: excellent facilities, both shower and toilet block and the chemical / grey water disposal points. Very clean and tidy and well maintained. The same is true of the whole site. The overall impression is that Nick and Steph are very proud of their CL, and rightly so. Highly recommended, we will definitely be returning when we are in the area again.

Wonderful site set in beautiful area with the lovely friendly owners

Barons Court
We are new to owning a campervan and Nick and Steph made us feel so welcome and were so friendly. It has opened our eyes to the joys of owning a van and staying on small private sites. The facitlities were great with lovely hot showers and an easy to access area for grey water, chemical toilet and recycling. Our dog was made to feel welcome as well and we loved watching the antics of the goats and various other animals on the smallholding- we could imagine it being idyllic for those with small children. We were keen to go walking in the area and it was easy to walk from the site and we even went a bit further afield using the train to Llandovery. All in all, cannot recommend this site enough for location, friendly owners and great facilities. And then there is the surrounding countryside!
