View and BookThe Park at Caeaugwynion is a site in a smashing location in south-west Wales. It is run by a husband and wife team Marilyn and Bill along with various members of the family. It’s set between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, meaning it’s a grand spot for sightseeing, and is terraced so has fab views out over the countryside. There is always someone on site to help any questions you may have.
The Park is accessible via a private driveway, it's also a peaceful spot in a large field next to a three-acre field for walking, exercising your dog or playing games. There are also many great walks available a short drive from the site.
The facilities compromise of three separate rooms each containing a waterfall shower, toilet and basin. The park has general waste and recycling points, as well as an inside and outside pot-wash area.
As for eats, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within a five-mile radius. Three small shops are in Pencader (five minutes) and Carmarthen (20 minutes) has supermarkets, high-street stores and a mix of chain food outlets and fine-dining spots. Our nearest Nisa Supermarket is at the Town of Llandysul which also has various takeaways and restaurants, as well as offering kayaking and paddleboarding.
If you’re here to explore, check out the area’s multiple beaches – there are several along the Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion coasts, including New Quay (35 minutes), or set off to the Brechfa Forest (15 minutes) for ambles under the trees.
