Well Laid Out Site Adjacent to Main Road

At least this site was easy to find and easy to access, with no narrow lanes to navigate to get there! Superbly laid out site with personal water supply to each of the five pitches. The owners were on holiday when we arrived but everything was self-explanatory and we chose our... Show more

What a shame

We have just stayed at this almost perfect CL. Easy access even with a large twin axle unit, well maintained, each pitch having its own electric, water and waste point. Pitches are not totally level but with levelling blocks there is no major issue. It was a little wet and only... Show more

Pity about the main road

We have just spent 4 nights at Berwyn. A lovely laid out site , short grass, water service & drain to each pitch. The cows in the adjacent field paid us a visit each day, no problem Angelsea is a lovely place to explore, with many beaches & coves... Show more

Nice site, noisy road

This is a well-maintained little site which is perfectly situated to explore Anglesey. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, we would not return as the noise from the very busy adjacent road was a constant disturbance to us both day and night. As we are particularly sensitive to... Show more

Great facilities for a CL

We visited this CL in march 2015.  Great facilities for a CL of this price!  Each pitch is fully serviced with water and drainage!  Warm welcome from Gwen.  Only slight disappointment is the noise from the road.  It is a very busy main road and continues throughout the night, and... Show more

This site is lovely, easy to find from owners directions, next to main road. A warm welcome on arrival from the owner who gave us site information and local leaflets. A very well presented tidy site. Each pitch has it’s own water tap, grey water waste drain.... Show more

GEM

This site is a gem, especially well placed for site seeing.  When we arrived the friendly helpful owners gave us a pack full of all the local tourist attractions.  We had a busy two weeks visiting 3 National Trust properties, Llandudno, Bangor and every coastal town on the Anglesey.  Each... Great for Angelsey Coast Path

We have just returned from Berwyn (March 2014) and used the site as a base to walk to complete walking the Angelsey coast path and continue on Wales coast path.  Started at Amlwch and finished at Llandudno.  This site has brilliant easy access to bus routes along north and south... Show more

Noisy

This site is very well maintained and presented and ideally placed for touring. However, it backs directly onto the busy A5025 (its the other side of the hedge in the picture) and hence there is allot of road noise.
