Why stay here ...

If you are looking to get away from it all, Capel Bach is the perfect site for you. The site is set in the beautiful country side and is surrounded by fields, greenery and also a view of Llyn Alaw reservoir. On site you also have access to other fields, perfect if you would like to stretch your legs or take the dog for a stroll. For families we have a play area located on the top field, it’s near enough to be able to keep a watchful eye as the children play but far enough to keep the site peaceful. All pitches are fully serviced with TV points and FREE WiFi.

The Caravan Park is located in the peaceful village of Rhosybol, the village also have a local shop that has all the essentials you will need and also have a selection of scrumptious cakes, coffee and take out foods. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and also a public house a short drive away that also serves food. Rhosybol is a great location for those wanting to be based somewhere quiet but also wanting to be near to the beaches, costal paths and attractions. There are plenty of beaches nearby with the popular beach of Benllech only 15 minutes drive away and most beaches accessible by car with 25 minutes. The Island also has a lot to offer the little ones with attractions like Pili Palas, Sea Zoo and Foel Farm only 20-30 minutes away.

If you enjoy going for walks and learning about local history, Parys Mountain (Copper Kingdom) a world heritage site is well worth a visit. The historic copper mountain is located just outside the village of Rhosybol and has different path choices depending on your ability and also the distance you would like to walk.

On Anglesey we are also blessed with the stunning coastal path, a developing long distance route that follows much of the island’s coastline. The path primarily caters for walkers however cyclists can also enjoy certain sections. The Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path falls within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) which covers 95% of the coast. It passes through landscape that includes a mixture of farmland, coastal heath, dunes, salt-marsh, foreshore, cliffs and a few small pockets of woodland. This includes a National Nature Reserve (NNR).

At the end of the day why not take a seat on one of the picnic benches and watch the sun set over Llyn Alaw reservoir, a perfect way to end the day!

Superb CL

Capel Bach
This is one of the best CLs we have stayed on in over 40 years of membership. All facilities spotless, grounds well cared for and beautifully located. We’ll be back!

We have just returned from this immaculate well kept site, it is fully serviced & the best WiFi we have ever had on a site. Peace & quite, no road noise very relaxing. Dog walk excellent through the adjoining fields. We stayed on pitch 5 which we loved & it was very private being the last pitch although it was slightly sloping so needed blocks to level. Well positioned for seeing all of Angelsey & North Wales. It’s a credit to the owners & we loved it & hope to return one day. Definatly recommend, great value for money.

Beautiful

Booked spontaneously for the Bank Holiday weekend. The weather was very kind in the end. Fabulous views, great dog walk for first and last thing, grass cuttings taken up, great TV signal, best WIFI we've had so far, good phone signal, site is slightly sloping. Good coastal walk and great wood fired pizza from the car park at Cemaes Bay, great woodland and beach walk from Niwbwrch on Treath Llanddwyn to Goleudy Twr Bach, Goleudy Twr Mawr and Eglwys Santes Dwynwen - dogs can go on the beach as long as on lead, signs are a bit confusing. Red Wharf Bay has the first Land Rover buried in the sand, you can't see it of course though! Give it a try.

The site is an immaculate CLsite with the bonus of having a toilet. The views and peaceful site is fantastic with almost no traffic noise. We stayed for 4 nights in our camper and found it perfect we even saw a red squirrel when we were cycling out about. The owners Glyn And Lliwen are really helpful and friendly. They keep you informed and welcome prior to arrival via text with clear instructions. The site is perfect for cycling on very quiet lanes with some places of interest within easy reach. Also Parys Mountain is a 25. minute walk away and is definitely worth a visit.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 children and dog in our trailer tent. The children absolutely loved this site and made full use of the brilliant play area, they loved the visits from the playful little cat whilst playing too. The site is immaculate, it’s apparent that lots of work and effort goes into keeping this site well maintained with beautiful flowers everywhere. The fully serviced pitches and WiFi were a bonus and toilet is a useful addition and kept very clean The views and sunsets are stunning. It took us 3 1/2 hours to get there and It was well worth the drive, we hope to return one day. Very peaceful and a great base to explore Anglesey (by car). Highly recommend.
