Grantown-on-Spey Certificated Locations

Grantown-on-Spey is an attractive small town on the northern edge of the Cairngorms, offering easy access to the largest national park in Britain. Among its features are five of the six highest mountains in Britain, the UK's only sub-arctic tundra, vast areas of native pine forest and a range of rare flora and fauna.

Grantown itself has an excellent heritage museum and is the perfect starting point for the Speyside Malt Whisky Trail, with the area having a number of distilleries.

The area is also great for sport, with an 18-hole golf course to enjoy in summer and the Cairngorm and Lecht ski areas both within easy reach in winter.
