Great for walking

Great for walking, being less the 1/2 mile (15 minutes) from the Fife Coastal Path. Just by the path is a bus stop for those who only want to walk one-way. Hourly services to Alloa and Dunfermline with 5 additional services each way Monday to Friday between Falkirk and... Show more

How a traditional CL should be

We had a super peaceful nights stay here. Like campsites of my childhood-a tap and emptying facilities. All you need. Very friendly owner who makes delicious ice cream. Only sound at night owls hooting. Perfect location for visiting Culross which is a stunning village. Easily walkable if you have the... Show more

Another great stay

Another great stay at this site. These are a dying bred of sites that are cheap at £8 a night and should be used to keep them in circulation as the next trip we were planning on going on wanted £40 a night and I would rather stay here. No... Show more

Tucked away CL

We stayed here to 2 nights to visit both the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel. Access is easy but also easy to miss and the approach road is not tarmacked so slow down. The water and waste facilities are rustic but usable. On the southern side of the firth is Grangemouth refinery which... Show more

Nice little site

We used this little site for two nights to visit Culross, which is a very pretty village and about 25/30 minutes pleasant walk along the lane and the coastal path. The site does what it says on the tin, it has fresh water and a chemical disposal point. We were... Show more
