Great stay

Had no trouble finding, must have put more signs up. Lovely peaceful site. Good access by bus £2 single to Brighton, worthing, Shoreham and littlehampton. Lancing village has everything in walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks. Thanks Barry, and Steve

Definitely worth a visit, but........

Firstly, let me say we had a brilliant 4 nights at this site. NEGATIVE BIT. 2 days before we were due to arrive, I rang just to check everything was ok and ask what time we could arrive. The owner told me 11am, so I said brilliant & see you Saturday. The approach... Show more

It was ok but…….

We booked here as we were cancelled from the club site at Littlehampton and had an event to attend. Approach wasn’t good, more signage would help, there are directions on the web page but they weren’t that understandable when we arrived. A sign to let you know you’re going the... Show more

Cheap and mostly cheerful.

This is not a bad site, it is pretty and quiet (notwithstanding the occasional train). Surrounded by trees you are shielded from whatever lies beyond. The access to the site lets it down, not just the narrow, bumpy track overgrown with van scratching brambles, but also the narrow housing estate... Show more

The owner came to welcome us once we arrived. We had to ask for directions at the stables as not clearly signposted. The track in is narrow with pot holes but is used my others going to properties nearby and was manageable for our caravan. Our pitch was in... Show more

Return visit

Just revisited site, and found it just as lovely. Pot holes in access road were filled in, but was told by owner that this is a constant problem as when the weather is poor more pot holes appear. We did not find it a problem. Only stayed for 2 nights... Show more

worst road access ever

We visited. This site Dec 2012 and encounter the worst road for pot holes I have ever driven on . The access was blocked with parked cars and if we had have taken the caravan god knows what state it would have been in . You could break and axle... Show more

Peaceful site

After negotiating a narrow track the site opened out into a lovely field, with adjacent field where you could let the dogs have a run. A one hour fifteen minute walk along the promenade takes you to the nearby town of Worthing with lots of shops, and the bowls green... Show more
