Why stay here ...

The site is set in 16 acres of privately owned playing fields surrounded by farm land on the outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa.

The site is in a quiet location on level lawned ground with easy access through a secure gate with an entry code. We have plenty of room for ball games or just to sit and relax. Adults and children are welcome. Club members and their families are welcome to have a drink in the club house when open and there are a number of local pub's serving food 2 miles away. A regular bus to Leamington and Coventry is a 5 minute walk across the fields. An alternate route is by road.

We are an active rugby Union club and play in the winter months. Members are welcome to join in summer training if they feel fit enough. We also have an Archery club at the bottom of the site who welcome visiting archers.

The site is an excellent location to explore the local area. Leamington Spa is a lovely Victorian spa town with white wash buildings and the old pump rooms its well worth a visit. Both Warwick and Kenilworth castles are close buy. Stratford upon Avon the home or Willem Shakespeare and the City of Coventry are less than 10 miles away and Birmingham is with within easy reach via the local train station. All of which can be reached via the bus stop which in located on the main road around 10 minutes work from the site.

For those who want to venture a little further the Cotswold are with in easy reach for a day out.

Weeken stop over to visit relatives

The Crofts
We booked for 2 nights at short notice over the phone. Dave was very helpful and emailed/text very quickly for payment etc. There was a lot going on at the rugby club for the weekend, but we were fully aware of what to expect. Dave and his wife introduced themselves and briefed us on what was where etc. We will look to stay again next time we are in the area.

Fantastic CL with lots of space and close to attractions

The Crofts
We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting the Cotswolds. The camping field is huge and is great for exercising dogs and for playing ball games. We paid £20 per night including EHU, and we had to pay a deposit and then full amount in advance, which is by a phone app. The club house has toilets, showers, water and waste facilities. Close for visiting Coventry, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. The site isn't far off the main roads and is easy to find and access.
