Should be removed from club listings, it's disgusting

I pre booked months in advance, photos looked lovely. You arrive at a run down bungalow and barn, it's an eyesore. The camping field had only been mown to accommodate one van and the rest was a boggy mud trap. We wouldn't have been able to sit outside and bbq. We... Show more

Did not stay

Shown to small untidy area of grass and received apology for the sogginess of the ground, we were the only ones there so drove on and got stuck, managed to reverse out and told site owner we weren’t staying. The whole place looks very scruffy and not well kept at... Show more

Great for exploring

Loverly little site.ideal for exploring Stratford-on-Avon. Basic but ideal as everything in our van. Good dog walking field where dog can run around. Very boggy!

The location of this site is ideal if you want to visit Stratford and surrounding areas. The site is literally on the A46 - we did find the traffic noise obtrusive, especially at night with the roof lights open for some air. We were not told on booking... Show more

Beautiful surrounding countryside

Friendly warm welcome, lovely peaceful small working farm, nice size field sheltered by trees with beautiful views. Very handy for walking, many historic towns within easy reach and dog friendly. Will be visiting again

'ONE NIGHT STAND'

We booked this site for convenience to take our 'van for a service to Broad Lane Leisure so were only there 1 night. We were welcomed on arrival and shown the field. It was not lawned and the grass was quite long (perhaps because it was the end of... Show more

Great little find

Wonderful old fashioned welcome. Everything is basic but perfectly adequate. Great location for Stratford, Ragley Hall, Coughton Court, Evesham. Lots of wildlife to take in and plenty of walking to be done. Alcester is just down the road for supplies, now becoming a foodie town with lots of character. All in all basic... Show more

Easter visit

We visited this site Easter weekend.  Site booked in January where we were told at the time that if there was a lot of rain we would be contacted to make alternative arrangements as the site can get very muddy [no phone call].  We arrived on the Thursday evening, followed... Show more
