Gateshead Certificated Locations

Gateshead is often lumped together with Newcastle, but it has many attractions of its own. The most famous of these is the Angel of the North, a famous iron sculpture located in a park on the south side of the town and free to visit. Gateshead also features the Metro Centre, the biggest shopping facility in the north-east, while the Baltic Centre is a modern attraction by the river featuring many works of contemporary art.

Sports fans can also enjoy athletics at the Gateshead International Stadium, while a fine night out on Newcastle's Quayside is close at hand, just across one of the many bridges spanning the Tyne.
