Sunflower House site Yoxford
Sunflower House is located on the entrance to the site. It is called Sunflower House because we grow approximately half an acre of sunflowers on our land (weather permitting) which bloom between July and September and enhance the environment for wildlife and our guests.
The site is set within eight acres of woodland/grassland and agricultaural land. Adults and pets welcome only. The site itself has large individual hedge lined flat lawned pitches with electric hook ups and tv aerial access. Cut grassed paths cover all eight acres making the site ideal for dog owners, walkers and those with an interest in wildlife. The nearby A12 allows easy access to many interesting locations. The Kings Head Public House is just over 200 yards away from our site. Good local shop, tea rooms and restaurant within a short walk. The heritage coast is within ten miles of the site including Southwold, Aldeburgh and Dunwich. Minsmere Bird Reserve is approximately four miles away and historic Orford and Framlingham Castles are within fifteen miles.

Just about perfect!
Stayed at over 30 CLs in the last 5 years and this is right up there! A friendly welcome, huge private and flat pitches with access to the most wonderful walks. Absolutely perfect if you have a dog. The geese, goats, chickens, rooster and beautiful woodland, pond and flowers are great... Show more

Arrived late afternoon,,,was greeted on arrival showed to pitch. Pitches are separated with hedge so privacy is there if wanted,lovely woodland walk in the grounds, loose ducks and a couple of goats funny to sit n watch,if it's a bit of peace you're after it's a gem....

Very nice site

Good all round CL
Had a lovely stay with friends back in October. Very easy to find, which was great and very peaceful even though it is on the A12. Warm welcome from the owner, who even told us where we could get petrol (stay was during the fuel crisis). Would definitely return

Pretty and Friendly Site
Just returned from Sunflower House after a four night stay in incredible hot weather, we were on pitch 5 which gave shade to one side of our van and sunshine to the other so an absolutely perfect private pitch. Nice welcome from the owner who pointed out the paths... Show more

Peaceful with animal interests.
Very nice friendly site - a home from home as we share interests in geese, goats, dogs, cats and many others. Although access is from the A12, it is in a quiet village and the site is peaceful. The sunflowers are amazing and there is access to numerous footpaths -... Show more

Great CL - Just the ticket
Stayed here last night and it was one of the best we have been on. Large flat pitches with hedging in between, lovely views over the sun flowers. Would recommend.
