Sheffield’s Winter Garden is an oasis of planting in the city and features an impressive glasshouse, which allows species from all over the world to flourish.
For those keen to get out into the countryside, the Peak District National Park sits on Sheffield’s doorstep and is a wonderful place to explore rocky ridges and moorland scenery.
