The CL is ideally situated for the many pursuits which are abundant in the area, including lovely walks, biking, National Trust properties, beautiful coastline and easy access as we are located only 24 miles from the motorway and main line train station.

Lovely CL. Good walks from site to beautiful wooded valleys and Dunkery Beacon. Excellent information hut, waste and recycling. A picnic table at each pitch for the warmer months. We were there in November! Easy to visit Dunster and Minehead for here.

Love it here. Been once before. All the best things about a basic CL. Large field,mostly flat as a pancake. Picnic bench/Tables for all, so no fighting. Could only stay a couple of days, probably just as well as it was minus something when I arrived and pretty much the... Show more

A proper CL, lovely location with pub in walking distance. Peace and quiet and very reasonably priced. The perfect spot as long as you have all your own facilities but this is reflected in the price. Pub food was also reasonable and great quality...!

Lovely, peaceful CL with amazing views across to Dunkery Beacon. Easy site to get to and close to points of interest like Dunster. We went at lambing time, so newborn lambs kept appearing in the field next to us, which was lovely to see. Site is all grass and cut... Show more

We have just spent 3 nights at Steadway Farm and had a really lovely time. Very easy to find and the owners are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely pub within walking distance and they are happy for you to take your dog. So many places to visit... Show more

We have just spent a very pleasant 4days here.Along side 4 other motorhome.Mobile phone signal is difficult in area.Lovely walks from site.An o s map would be advised.Information but closed due to virus!We will come again.Thanks

Spent an enjoyable six nights here despite less than perfect weather. Nice back to basics site in beautiful countryside with some nice bridleways for mountain biking.
