A stately home set in Capability Town Parkland, formal gardens and the pleasure grounds of Temple Wood.
View and BookEdgmond Park is situated on the edge of the small Tranquil Shropshire village of Edgmond. The Parish of Edgmond sits in the north east of the Shropshire countryside, approximately 3 miles from Newport and 12 miles from Telford and the historic town of Wellington. With its proximity to many places of interest.
In the village we have a shop, two pubs, The Lion and The Lamb. There is a post office housed in the village stores in the High Street. All of these amenities help to create a sense of community and provide a place to chat and exchange news.
There is a bus stop at the end of the lane that goes into the small market town of Newport which has lots of quiant shops and an indoor market every Friday, which makes it a perfect day out. The main bus terminal is also situated in the town centre. The rural location is perfect for nature lovers and ideal for walking and biking.
