Why stay here ...

The CL is situated on our small quiet family park set in 24 acres of glorious Shropshire Countryside. The views from Park Grange and the CL pitches are superb and the National Footpath network is easily accessible. We live and work here and are conserving the old hay meadows which we believe are more than 250 years old and which contain many meadow flowers. There are also compact wooded areas, together with small wildlife pool which attracts an abundance of insects, birds and animals.

Park Grange is only 1.5 miles from the village of Morville where you can visit the Church of St. Gregory the Great built in 1118 A.D. We are midway between Much Wenlock and Bridgnorth (on the A458 main Bus Route [No 436] to Shrewsbury) and Shops are 4 miles away.

The CL is located on a 0.75 acre grass site which is mostly flat near to Widlife pools which you can view and see things such as Birds, Butterflies, Dragonflies etc. There is also a large childrens play area.

Dogs are welcome (on a lead at all times please).

The Ironbridge Gorge Museums, Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock, the home of the Modern Olympic Games and Shrewsbury, the birthplace of Charles Darwin, are a short drive away. Close by is Wenlock Edge (location of Acton Scott Farm Museum) leading to the South Shropshire Hills including Caer Caradoc, the Long Mynd and the Stiperstones near Church Stretton.

Sat Nav users - please use correct Lat and Long figures provided - these will take you to the entrance way to our CL. OR use SatNav WV16 4RS [nearby]. What3Words SWEEP/CURLY/TIPTOES

Tour of Shropshire

We was greeted by the friendly owners and showed where everything was and was told a little about the area. We stayed for four nights the weather was extremely hot and we was grateful for the large trees giving us much needed shade. We loved walking around the site looking... Show more

Good Value for the Money

A nice fairly flat site with friendly owners ,is easy to get to along a drive which has a good surface. The trees behind the caravans shown in the photo have geown and were in full leaf and could do with being cut back but they did offer... Show more

Have just had 7 wonderful days on this excellent site, when we arrived the owner was cutting the pitches grass so it was lovely and short. Owners are very pleasant and helpful, do not bother you at all but are always around if you need any advice or help, your... Show more

Disappointed!

Having read the 5 star reviews, on arrival we were disappointed. Pretty surroundings but grass only pitches which were overgrown with the grass of 8 inches in length, not good for sitting Out and not comfortable for dogs due to ticks and other insects in long grass. Horrific... Show more

Great cl

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this excellent cl. Great site with walks through meadows and around 2 pools, one for fishing and the other a delight for butterflies and dragonflies. There is some road noise during the day but didn’t bother me, however may bother some people.... Show more

Super place to practise social distancing

Superb CL site. So welcoming and peaceful. Beautiful scenic grounds and no need to venture off site. Just relax watching the birds and insects, amble around the meadows, try a spot of fishing. Just brilliant.

Great CL, recommended

Stayed here for 2 nights in October half term. Immaculately kept CL in a lovely setting. Mr Skinner was very welcoming and informative. We had a CL to ourselves but the pitches are adequately spaced out and overall level. The children's play area and walks on site were a bonus... Show more

We will be back

This is our first visit to Shropshire for many years and we specifically chose that particular area for access to Ironbridge. We were not disappointed. Instructions were clear and the information provided on arrival very helpful. The site is immaculately maintained. Many areas are left to meadow with paths cut... Show more
