View and BookHawton Waters is a family run business set within our 200 acre estate. We have a stunning, well stocked, 14 acre fishing lake and an array of quiet, peaceful walks through our private 140 acres woodland and along the River Devon which flows through our estate. We have an abundance of wildlife for which we have won many awards, horses and ponies on site; and our own resident Swan “Max”, who lives at the lake. Well behaved dogs welcome MUST be kept on leads at ALL times.

We picked this CL as a convenient overnight stop over from Suffolk to Cumbria. What a super location. Very tidy, professional and caring operation (Maria was delightful & welcoming) - although we only stayed the night, we would definitely stay again..!😎👍

This is one of my favourite sites it's perfect base for discovering the area, the site is always kept pristine. Loads of walks within the site. The only gripe I have is having to carry the waste to the gate. Being disabled I have to use the car for this. Apart from that... Show more

This is a lovely peaceful site in a quiet rural location, a few minutes away from Newark. The owner was lovely and friendly, and the site has a large mostly level field. The grey waste comment on an earlier review is now out of date - there are sturdy brick disposal... Show more
