Stayed for 2 nights in May. Nice peaceful laid back site with great views. The only noise we had was the sheep munching the grass! £15 with hook up and £10 without. Fresh water and elsan. Had some heavy rain overnight and our 3.5t van quickly became stuck when we... Show more

Stayed on this site after visiting Kielder & Hadrians Wall in early May '22. Great CL very quiet & plenty of space with lovely views. Pleasant owner. Electric was unexpectedly available. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfct for us, access to many places including local walks. No electricity which we think is good as we don’t need it so why pay for it. I think the price has gone up to £7 but that’s ok.

A fantastic CL on a beautiful field and in wonderful countryside. It's got all we need for a happy stay and the only slight drawback for some would be the dogs from the kennels barking in the morning. Great place, we'll definitely be back.

When we stayed it was after a period of rain and the site was very wet - I probably wouldn't go back again unless it was a bit less soggy - but that is not the fault of the CL. The CL is based on a farm in a small... Show more
