Quiet rural site

Just stayed on this site for 18 nights, so peaceful and tranquil. First time on this site and would use again. Very handy for York having a new park and ride just by the A59, or Poppleton for the train station to either York or Knaresborough/Harrogate. Apparently the waste disposal has recently... Show more

Lovely site, quiet, peaceful, flat, well mown, lovely owners. Used this site before, since our last visit the chemical disposal point has been upgraded. so please do not be put off by the comment above.

Great CL

Perfect Peace

Lovely peaceful venue, typical country CL. Close to park & ride into York. Hope to come again soon. Good value at £6 per night including awning.

Quiet family dream

We booked this cl to watch the Tour de Yorkshire. Beautifully mown level spacious site in a very quiet rural location. Owner very helpful and friendly. 5 mins from park and ride into York city centre and 20 mins fro Harrogate. Children have very much enjoyed hours of fun playing on... Show more

this lovely level quite site was spoilt by the VERY unhygenic overflowing elsan emptying point ,ed not other comment in april thought it would have been resolved by september , great site other wise

A grassland farmland setting

This site is in a well mowed grass field, the site is quite exposed which was evident during our stay as it was very windy. Access to the site is off a large country lane with plenty of room for manoeuvring up to and through the farm gate. ... Show more
