Why stay here ...
Welcome to our CL at Paddock House. You will enjoy lovely views of rolling countryside and distant sea views, on our peaceful 5 hardstanding pitches. New toilet and shower available for use. We offer electric hook up to each pitch which is metered and paid separately. Our large field allows a safe place to play, or space for you to relax. There is a dog walk on site and direct access to nearby walking paths, we are within a mile of the Cleveland Way (a 110mile walk ) with some of a Yorkshire's nicest scenery.
We are situated between two villages, Skelton and Lingdale, one mile to each, where you can shop for groceries, or use the pubs cafes.
Saltburn by the sea is 3 miles away , it's a fabulous Victorian seaside town, hosting surf lessons, fun on the beach, walks, cafes and restaurants.

Ideal stopover
Stayed for 2 nights, email instructions from Katherine were very clear and explained everything clearly with full directions and explanation on metered electric. Lovely toilet and shower facilities on site. Both Michael and Katherine were very friendly and helpful and would have no hesitation on returning.

A Real Gem
This CL is amazing, really pleased we found it. Katherine was a joy to deal with, informative emails explaining everything, the electric was easy and straight forward. Well laid out site with ample sized hardstanding pitches. Slightly sloping but no trouble for our 7.5m motorhome. Good rubbish, recycling area, easy access to CDP and grey disposal. Great CL
Brilliant CL, Katherine and Mick are great hosts really friendly and helpfull when we had a couple of problems with our van. Peaceful site with good dog walks and not far from interesting places to visit. We will definitely be back. Steve & Lynne

Quiet but needs more communication regarding metered electricity
Whilst this site was quiet and peaceful and easy to locate, we felt a little disappointed with the a couple of areas. There was not any clear guidance regarding the metered electricity, I found the envelopes purely by accident when walking our dog around the site! We met... Show more

Beautiful site
We stayed on this beautiful site for eleven nights over the two early May bank holidays. There are five hard standing pitches. Electricity is on a metered basis so you can choose wether you want to hook up or not. The service area is well signed and kept very clean... Show more

Mature Couple
Excellent site. Easy access from Guisborough by-pass and into the site. Very good public transport - we drove to Skelton from the site and parked there as it was free, then bus to Whitby and other places on the coast to walk the coast path, and bus to Midddlesborough. ... Show more

Lovely Spot
