Hutton-le-Hole with its meandering stream and sheep grazed village green, nestles on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park and is a perfect area for walking, mountain biking, road cycling, exploring by car or just relaxing.
The seaside towns of Scarborough, Whitby and the city of York are all just a 40- minute car journey through quite simply stunning countryside. Other local attractions include Castle Howard, North York Moors Railway, Eden Camp, Rievaulx Abbey and Ryedale Folk Museum.
For eating out we are spoilt for choice. The village pub is a 200 metres stroll or there are pubs in Lastingham, Appleton-le-Moors or Gillamoor who all offer good food within 1 hours walk or a short drive. Next door to the CL is The Forge Tea Rooms and will tempt you with everything from a full English breakfast to barista coffee and mouth-watering cakes.
For a gift or just something to take home, why not visit The Craft Workshops in the centre of the village.
Our Location:
Our dog friendly site is open throughout the year and has access to numerous walking or cycling routes so we can offer you a caravan or motorhome break at any time of the year.
Facilities on site include 5 level hard standing pitches with 10-amp electric hook ups. There are 2 toilets, washing up area with hot and cold water and a shower (free).
The entrance to Hutton-le-Hole Caravan Site is in the centre of Hutton-le-Hole next to the red phone box.
