Great site

Thoroughly enjoyed a week at Howla Hay Farm. Spacious but slightly sloping pitches need leveling blocks, When we stayed in February the water supplies to the pitches were (understandably) switched off due to frosts, but were conveniently located. The alternative water supply and CDP were convenient. Well kept site in a great... Show more

Great CL

Excellent CL well placed for surrounding beaches which were good especially for dogs although some of them have restrictions on from May 1st. Stopped for 7 nights at Easter Large field with big pitches that are fully serviced. No trouble finding entrance on arrival just dont go too fast. Slight... Show more

First Time - We will be back

Fantastic location situated 3 miles from the Beach at Saltburn or Marske. Arrival: We took heed of the reviews and ensured we tagged the entrance on our SATNAV, can see how some people may have missed the turn. Access is up a slight hill to a electric gate (Push button open). Signs... Show more

Just spent 4 nights at this lovely site, it has everything we needed. Michael knowledgeable and friendly making us feel extremely welcome. It is a working farm and livery but we were encouraged to explore the farmland surrounding the farm and we could walk through the farm yard to get... Show more

Peaceful site,

Very nice quiet site, the access is easy to miss as it looks like a turning to a dirt track and it is on a bend, access road is bumpy, but, entrance is controlled by electric gate covered by CCTV so owners can see who is coming and going... Show more

Nice site just a short distance away from the coast

Little bumpy approach (but no problem) to the farm near Guisborough, friendly and lightly sloping meadow with hook-ups with open views to one and trees to the other side. Just a stone‘s throw away from Saltburn on sea and other nice spots at the coast and also... Show more

Great little site

Fantastic little hideaway, just a few miles from the coast. Stayed here for 3 nights and had nothing but peace and quiet. Only saw the owner once, which made it hard to pay him!! Only drawback is the water pressure, don't be in a rush to fill your aqua rolls

As they said

This CL is well kept & plenty of room. Friendly & helpful owner as they should be. Ideal for walking/cycling & visiting coast. We will certainly be returning. Take care with entrance to CL as others have said, easily missed & busy road. Thanks Micheal.
