Wymondham Certificated Locations

The town of Wymondham is situated in the English county of Norfolk, just under ten miles from Norwich. It is a great place for couples in particular to spend a holiday, as there is plenty of history and heritage.

Wymondham has a beautiful Abbey church, which is well worth a photo against the backdrop of the Tiffey Valley, as well as quaint medieval streets and even mid-17th century buildings.

Particular highlights include the Wymondham Heritage Museum (a former women's house of correction), the Becket's Chapel arts centre, the 15th century Green Dragon pub and the restored railway station, which has authentic former train carriage seats.

The town has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes for when you need refreshments, as well as regular markets and farmers' markets to stock up on fresh produce.

There is even an annual music festival if you fancy a small-town alternative to some of the bigger events.
