Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden
Woodland and water garden, boat trips, gift shop, plant sales and tea room - a gem of the Norfolk Broads.
View and BookGrange Farm is a spacious, 7 year old Certificated Location that is perfectly placed for either a quiet retreat or a nice family break. Set at the back of a small farm over-looking fields, with immediate access on to the network of footpaths that can take you to the beaches at Happisburgh, Eccles and Sea Palling. The Blue Flag local beach, Sea Palling, is within 3 miles. The award winning village pub, The Star, is a 15 minute walk away.
Visitors have access to our small private Nature Reserve and hides. We also have a photography hide that can be booked separately with the owner.
The site itself is a private grassed area set away from the road giving you the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. There is an abundance of wildlife and you will no doubt see the resident barn owl flying, or you can access the woodland hide and view the wildlife from there.
There are many local attractions all within a short distance. East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens is 2 miles. The Norfolk Wildlife Trust Reserve at Hickling is only 6 miles away. The Broads are within 8 miles and these are easily accessed at Stalham, Sutton, Hickling, Ludham and Potter Heigham.

What a brilliant CL, well kept CL with large pitches, owner is very helpful, with walks around the area, local pub nearby The Morning Star. Make sure you go to the nature site opposite the CL. Keep a look out for the Barn Owl.

Just stayed the one night but it was lovely, peaceful and scenic. Only noise was from the local wild life. Highly recommended

We loved it here. The CL is large with plenty of room and its very peaceful. The lanes around it are very quiet and virtually traffic free and its easy to bike miles which we did to Potter Heigham, Hickling Broad and along to Bacton on the Coast. The beaches are only... Show more

Just spent three nights at this CL and will certainly return. A flat, well kept grass field with bags of space, much appreciated having our two young grandchildren with us. Easy to find, following the simple instructions, from Stalham and easy access from the road. Sorry we missed the barn... Show more
