View on mapWelcome to Vine view. We are based in the village of Swainsthorpe situated on the A140 between Norwich and Diss behind the Sugar beat eating house.
We have a beautiful south facing area with spacious all year-round pitches with electric points to every pitch and running water. Dogs are welcome but to be kept on leads. BBQs are allowed. Ball games are permitted and we supply fire pits with logs on request. There is a toilet waste disposal point.
Vine View is a 1 acre dog friendly family run site situated in the countryside alongside our vineyard where you can book a walk around and have a guided tour. We are based behind the Sugar beat eating house off the A140. Heading North this road is a direct link to the fine city of Norwich where you can find many shops with 2 shopping centres, restaurants, Train station, 2 Cathedrals, Norwich Castle, Theatre Royal, several supermarkets, lots of pubs and restaurants and more. There is a bus stop outside of the site running every half an hour that will take you in to Norwich or the opposite side of the road taking you south to local villages.
Dunston Hall golf club is less than a 5-minute drive away, Tas Vally fishing lakes is 3 miles from the site. The A47 off the A140 leads to the broads and the coast with several blue flag sandy beaches. There are plenty of walks nearby including Boudica's Way and Caister ruins. Heading South on the A140 there is a small Town of Long Stratton with a few cafes, butchers house, fuel station, fish and chip shop and takeaways. Further south is the Town of Diss with a few shops, supermarkets, and a train station. With in a short drive there are many things to do and see such as Banham Zoo, The Dinosaur Park, Pleasure wood hill’s theme park.
