Why stay here ...

Our CL is a peaceful and quiet site on the edge of a rural village close to the North West Norfolk coast. It is set in approximately 1 acre of lawned grass and has a woodland border, so the site feels spacous with plenty of space for awnings.

We have a purpose built service area with recycling facilities and the entrance to the site is wide enough for twin axle outfits and motorhomes with trailers. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and the lanes are ideal for cycling, with a National Cycle Network route running through the village. Nearby you can also partake in coarse fishing.

The site is ideal for members who are twitchers with various RSPB attractions in the area. The winter flight of geese over the site in winter months is spectacular!

There are a number of country houses to visit close by such as Sandringham House, Holkham and Houghton. Sandringham Park has a number of events during the year with game fairs, craft fairs, carriage trails and a Christmas fair.

The seaside town of Hunstanton is approximately 9 miles away and has many attractions. Just 1 mile away is the village of Dersingham, where you will find two supermarkets, newsagents, a chemist and pubs.

We offer caravan storage both inside and out, we also provide the service of pitching and return of van to storage for a small fee for those that do store with us.

Facilities on site ...

Lovely site

Fantastic site, the owner was very welcoming. The site is very tidy and quiet. Walking distance to the village which is a peaceful walk. We stayed here for the Easter bank holiday. Will back again as we have family in Heacham.

4 nights at Brickley Wood

A great site with lots of space on a long stretch of grass facing woodland and in our case an owl box with a family of little owls. We parked sideways on a slope which might be a challenge for some motorhomes. There are 2 hard standing pitches... Show more

The Perfect CL

What is on YOUR list for the perfect CL? Quiet? Loads of room? Well set out? Convenient clean facilities? Excellent directions and a ‘piece of cake’ to get to? Friendly helpful hosts? Dark skies at night? Add to that an interesting range of wildlife actively encouraged by your hosts? Close to heritage sites and the coast? And if you... Show more

What a great CL!

What an excellent CL. Access is straightforward, with a good entrance and level track. Instructions are clear, with a large notice board (containing covid info, which is a bit outdated, but hopefully that will change). The site slopes but is not as bad as some sites. EHU and water are... Show more

Perfect site for our short break

After breaking down on the M11, we had to cut our week long break to Kent short. We've never looked at the certified locations before but found this one and gave it a go on the spur of the moment. Calling ahead to enquire about vacancies was pleasant and informative... Show more

Everything you would want from a CL and holiday

Can't praise this CL enough. Beautiful, spacious and quiet setting but only a short drive to most things on the north Norfolk coast. Site is easy to find from the description, owners very warm and welcoming. Very well kept, often out moving when a pitch is vacated.... Show more

Wonderful site
