Why stay here ...

Our CL is a peaceful and quiet site on the edge of a rural village close to the North West Norfolk coast.

It is set in approximately 0.75 of an acre of lawned grass and has 3 point serviced pitches (water, electricity, grey drainage), its underlying sandstone base means it drains very well and retains a good ground structure in wet weather.

We are open all year round.

The large area of the site means that there is plenty of space for awnings etc.

The site is flat.

We have a purpose built service area with recycling facilities.

The entrance to the site is wide enough for twin axle outfits and motorhomes with trailers.

We welcome well behaved dogs, there are good areas for walking dogs close by.

The site is ideal for members who are twitchers with various RSPB attractions in the area.

The winter flight of geese over the site in winter months is spectacular.

There are a number of country houses to visit close by such as Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton.

Sandringham Park has a number of events during the year with game fairs, craft fairs, carriage trials and a Christmas fair.

The village of Dersingham (1 mile) has 2 supermarkets, newsagents, a chemist, and pubs.

The seaside town of Hunstanton is approximately 9 miles away and has many attractions.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and the lanes are ideal for cycling.

We offer caravan storage both inside and out, we also provide the service of pitching and return of van to storage for a small fee for those that do store with us.

If only all CL's were like this

What a wonderful place to spend 4 nights. Quiet, lovely field views and tucked out of the way but still only 1 mile from the A road. Fully serviced pitches are a bonus. Trees between pitches provide welcome shade. The approach road is quite narrow and I would recommend... Show more

4 night stay

Just back from a 4 night stay here....the site was well cared for , but quite remote . We were disappointed that the hosts didn't welcome us , or even introduce themselves to us throughout our stay. The site would benefit by having toilet & shower facilities .

Fantastic CL

This was our first try at a CL and was not disapponted the pitches were hard standing and fully serviced which made for a relaxed break. Plenty to see and do locally. Views from pitch are great and plenty of wildlife to watch. Owners were very friendly and approachable. Will definitely... Show more

Simply the best CL we have stayed at! All services plus beautifully presented hard standing pitches with plenty of room between each one for your car to be parked safely. Great CL

Early February 2023 visit for 5 nights. Great view over the fields. We watched deer, barn owls, hares, rabbits, pheasants and lots of geese flying above us. The site is well placed for the North Norfolk Coast with Heacham beach only about 10 mins drive away. Sandringham Estate is easy... Show more

If only all CLs were this great!

Very pleasant six night stay at Hall Farm. The owners take an obvious pride in the site and it is well maintained. The access is a little narrow but the site is level and the pitches all have a south westerly aspect and are gravelled with timber edging. We were... Show more

Excellent location for a week’s stay

Visited late March when the weather flitted from wonderfully warm and sunny to sleet and snow overnight. Lovely site, well served pitches. Road up from the village needed some negotiation on arrival day when facing a 4x4 with trailer who was not for reversing despite our 8m caravan but all... Show more

A very nice and quite CL

We visited this CL during mid March 22,We found the site to be very well managed and well run. During our stay almost all of the pitches were occupied, which just proves how popular this CL is. During our stay the weather was excellent and all was fine. The only reservation we... Show more
