Located on the edge of Hillside animal sanctuary in the Norfolk Broads National Park, we are close to the Norfolk broads, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
Situated a 2 minute walk from the river Waveney and central to Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and the market town of Beccles.
Beautiful & Quiet
Priory Farm is not an over developed campsite, it's a simple set up, we offer a break from the norm. You have electric hook up, fresh water and waste disposal and best of all the most beautiful views over the surrounding grazing paddocks. The site is dog friendly and children free with no restriction on caravan size.
Overlooking a traditional and old-fashioned farm which is entirely occupied by Hillside Animal Sanctuary and flanked by the river Waveney on one side and woodland on the other.
Right next door to Priory Farm Restaurant which is locally renowned for good value honest food and just a 2 minute's walk to Norfolk's oldest recorded pub situated on the banks of the river Waveney. Serving traditional Ales and pub grub.
Pizza Wagon is available on Saturdays only during school holidays from 4-8pm.
Surrounded in beautiful walks, Priory Farm is the perfect place to bring along your 4 legged friends.

Absolutly Disgusted - came to stay here for 1 night after torrential rain and already booking the pich to get stuck in the mud/grass and have to be pulled out. Owner was insulting to me and my partner and did not even come out to help or assist or appoligise... Show more

Large field with hook ups mainly on one side of the field. Enjoyed the very short walk to the Bell Pub by the river and hiring a boat from the shop opposite it. Easy bus ride to Great Yarmouth with the bus stop being close by. Delicious pizza from the van that was... Show more

We stayed here for 12 nights the site lacked TLC, bin not emptied regularly rubbish was overflowing only one small bin. Never saw owners the whole time we were there. A lawnmower repair business behind our pitch making it very noisy. We were not aware the restaurant had closed recently... Show more

Although handy for Gt Yarmouth, that's about it. Couldn't find anyone, or where they lived. Spoke to a couple of girls that said they lived in a shed around the corner!! The grass needed mowing. Noise from a yard behind the hedge. No information shed at all. I know... Show more

Fairly quiet except for some road noise, water and waste facilities were good but only one small bin which was overflowing with rubbish. Grass badly in need of a cut, restaurant closed all week we were there, pizza van only open during school holidays. Never saw site owners, will not return.

Can recommend this site. The five pitches are in a huge field, well spaced apart. Although it’s not far from the main road, the huge trees block most of the road nouse, and we weren’t disturbed by it. The site is very well kept, and has everything you would expect... Show more
