Lower Wood Farm is set in an acre of private paddock adjoining our family cottage. This is an adults only site located in a peaceful, secluded area. Visitors can enjoy shared use of the superb cottage facilities available, including access to the indoor swimming pool. Our grass pitches provide stunning views across the open countryside throughout the year.
This is an ideal location for visiting the Norfolk broads and the nearby villages of Filby, Ormesby and Caister. More lively guests will also enjoy vibrant Norwich city and the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth with their wide range of activities.

Gorgeous site
What a find......and open as of 1st March. Jill the owner was great, she meet us on arrival, took us around and made sure we were happy and knew where everything was, water, electric hook up, a loo and shower, there is only 1, which has everything you need,... Show more

first visit
We made our first visit to Lower wood farm cl site and have to say the site is gorgeous. The Owner Jill is very accommodating and welcoming and we have had a wonderful stay will definetly make a return visit thanks James and Jacqui

Nice site…nice area
Stayed for 5 nights in September band enjoyed our stay. The site is nice with lovely grass although quite sloping so levelling blocks would be required on most pitches. Nice views from the site and access is easy and straightforward to find, lovely farm shop just along the lane selling... Show more

One of the very best CL's we have ever stayed on. Facilities impeccable and acces to the heated swimming pool and use of the laundry room. Site cancelled booking in afternoon before stay

Just perfect
We have just spent 9 nights at this perfect CL. Couldn't fault anything,apart from the weather, but even that didn't spoil it for us. We both feel so relaxed especially with having the bonus of a swim every day. You book a 1 hour slot just for yourselves so don't... Show more

This just ticks all the boxes for me
Can't fault this little gem. As a CL, they really have thought of everything and everyone was so friendly. The indoor swimming pool and pick-your-own herb garden were nice touches. Would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.
