Why stay here ...

Upon arrival you will instantly notice the big skies of Norfolk and field views where you have space to breath and time to stop and stare.

From Valley Farm, you have access to a conservation walk linking you to public foot paths, quiet lanes and forest walks. On your return, cross the road to enjoy a delicious meal at the locally renowned Marsham Arms Public House which has a new menu and 4.5 stars on Google Reviews. Enjoy free WiFi and dogs are also welcome in the bar and gardens. And if you want to holiday with friends and family that don't have a caravan, the Marsham Arms has accommodation catering for couples, families and even dog friendly rooms.

For even more dog friendly walking, Marsham and Cawston Heaths, Blickling Hall Estate, Horsford Woods, Hevingham Park and Marriotts Way Heritage Trail are only a cycle ride or short drive from Valley Farm.

From Hevingham and Horsford, both villages within 2 miles, you can access coach service to Holt, Cromer and other North Norfolk destinations to enjoy seaside walks or designer shopping in the more exclusive centres such as Holt (Coach Route Map).

From Horsford you also easily access the purple line of the Bus Network into the historic city of Norwich which has two cathedrals, shopping and an abundance of culture.

5 miles from Valley Farm, there is also a frequent park and ride service from Norwich International Airport into Norwich where you can connect to the rail network to access Wroxham, North Norfolk, Great Yarmouth and the rest of the country (Greater Anglia).

While staying at Valley Farm, why not enjoy a day trip on the world famous Norfolk Broads. Day boats can be hired at Wroxham and a number of other centres.

Fancy kayaking on the river, you can take a guided tour with the Canoe Man in Buxton where you will see Oxnead Hall from a unique river perspective.

Love gardens? Norfolk is home to some truly amazing gems such as East Ruston Old Vicarage. A delight of over 10 gardens in one including an amazing exotic garden, desert garden, walled garden and much much more.

Or, why not visit the hidden garden in Norwich, Plantation Garden and many others can be found here (Great British Gardens).

Norfolk bird watching is some of the best anywhere and within easy reach from Valley Farm starting with Sculthorpe Moor and Pensthorpe Waterfowl & Nature Reserves and of course the marshes and reserves around the county such as Clay and Titchwell Marshes. Find out more Here.

And, when the day is done, sit back and relax to catch one of the fabulous sunsets often experienced at Valley Farm. We look forward to your visit.
