CL of the Year Winners 2022 - 1st Place
David and Julia welcome you to Broadmarsh Farm.
Our CL is situated on a working farm in the village of Great Ellingham, 17 miles south of Norwich. Our south facing 3/4 of an acre site has a mixture of hardstanding and grass pitches, all of which have views across our fields and are individually serviced with electric and water.
We welcome dogs; however we do ask that visitors are considerate of others and ensure they clear up after their dogs and keep them on a lead, we have some lovely walks in the area for your pets.
Families are welcome but please be aware we have unfenced water close to the CL. We have a range of amenities close by; within 3/4 of a mile is our village shop, post office and pub. Attleborough is our nearest town, just 2 miles away with a Sainsbury's and Lidl supermarket, as well as a variety of independent shops.
As we are 2 miles from the A11, there is easy access to the Norfolk coast, the city and of course the beautiful Norfolk Broads.
We are close to Thetford Forest with its picnic areas, dog walks and activities such as Go ape, Segway hire, walking/cycling trails. We are 9 miles from Banham Zoo, 6 miles from Snetterton Race course and 8 miles from Old Buckenham Airfield with its annual air show and other events throughout the year. There are also several fishing lakes and golf courses nearby. We have some lovely pubs and restaurants, as well as places to eat like Peter Beales Rose Gardens, The English Whisky Distillery and the coffee lounge and carvery at Breckland Lodge to name a few.

What A Little Gem

Is there anything finer.
Well it's our 4th visit now and I'm curtain there'll be many more. Site is superb in every way, all hard standing super pitches + toilet and shower, spotless. Smashing owners as well, nothing is ever too much for them Travel 150 to get here and worth every mile.

Fantastic site
Great welcome from owners son, then welcome from owner. Beautiful looked after site. Fantastic shower, toilet and washing up facilities. Ice cream, frozen bacon, sausages and burgers and jams and chutneys to purchase. Would definitely stay again

1st Class CL
This is by far our favourite CL site. Dave and Julia were so welcoming. The CL is superb. Very pretty, beautiful lawns, excellent size pitches. Immaculate toilet/shower area. Best ever.
Best site we have been to in 22 yrs of caravanning.very tidy large spaced out serviced pitches with views.david and julia work so hard to make it special and it shows.spotless shower and toilet facilities all in a wonderful area.all credit to them
