Acle Certificated Locations

A large English village on the River Bure, Acle is known as the 'Gateway to the Norfolk Broads'.

Its location means it's a popular base for activities like boating and cycling. There are some beautiful walks that begin in - or pass through - the village. For example, Weavers' Way runs from Cromer to Yarmouth via Acle.

The village has plenty of historic charm, with buildings like St Edmund's Church. Dating from the 15th century, it features a part-thatched roof and a round tower.

If you fancy a spot of shopping, the village hosts a market every Thursday morning, along with a furniture auction.
