We are within easy reach of the historic city of Lincoln with its splendid cathedral, castle, marina, university and paved shopping area,
Within a short distance there are woodland walks opposite the site, fishing lakes and within easy walking distance we also have a very popular 9-hole golf course with modern clubhouse. A village pub serving excellent meals is just one mile away. There is also a well stocked information hut on site providing lots of choice of activities and places to visit during your stay.
The scenic Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, is only half an hour away (15 miles) and is well worth a visit.
Our site is open all year and pets and children are welcome.

This site is very well kept with lovely short grass ,bushes & trees ,nice size pitches electric and water to each pitch, sadly for us it was the traffic noise that spoilt it , maybe we just struck unlucky, there is a 40 mph speed limit which starts outside the... Show more

Just got back from a long weekends stay on this CL. I would highly recommend Mere Oaks to anyone visiting the Lincoln area. What a find - on our first caravan experience, (total novices) we found a gem - spotlessly clean - field had easy access and was well tendered, each pitch secluded by well planted screening, felt very private and spacious. The only slight downside was the traffic noise at rush hour... Show more

Lovely site, easy to got too, screening between pitches makes it private but has a good area of open space. Stayed 2 nights and will come again, We have 2 dogs and they were very happy with the walks nearby
