We arrived late due to M25 traffic problems, but Mr Jenkins met us at the gate and made sure we were safely pitched up and knew where to find everything. The nearby village has a good pub and a small well stocked supermarket. Bus stop in nearby village... Show more

The owner of the site was very welcoming - just happened to be coming to gate when we arrived. He has been very helpful, friendly and came for a daily chat.

The site itself is well setup and totally flat. Owners were very friendly and made check in very easy and stress free. Slightly worried as it was next to a yard but you hardly notice this and this doesn't spoil the site. Only one downside was that we heard loud... Show more

Looked for a basic CL site to suit a few days in Kent, this was highly rated. Owner was very friendly showed us where everything was, has a toilet on site and also a shower (£1 coins for the show, no idea how long that lasts as did not use it) Site... Show more

Spent an enjoyable week here in Sept helped by fatastic weather. Pheobe made us most welcome and checked the site each day without being intrusive. Easy access and good waste disposal. We were visiting friends in the area who visited us on site and were made most welcome as well.... Show more
