Hereford Certificated Locations

The cathedral city of Hereford lies on the River Wye in the English county of Herefordshire, just east of the border with Wales.

It is a relatively large city, but has the relaxed, welcoming feel of a village, which might be among the reasons why it is so popular with visitors.

Tourists can stroll along the river, shop at one of the many independent boutiques, watch a show at the Courtyard Theatre or enjoy some of the fascinating history.

Among the Hereford highlights include the cathedral with its famous Chained Library, the Old House and incorporated museum, the Hereford Cider Museum and the Hereford Museum and Art Gallery.
