View and BookMy name is Diana and my site is set in beautiful surroundings- in a valley with stunning views and rolling hills it boasts peace and tranquility and is perfect to relax and unwind.
Full of nature there are free range chickens and eggs are available to purchase alongside seasonal vegetables from the cottage garden.
The nearest village is Owslebury and is walkable (include steep hill) there are buses to Winchester and walks and additionally from Longwood too. The local pub is the Ship and was built in the reign of King Charles ll from old shipping timbers hence the name. It is a great friendly pub for a pint and gastro pub food.
Set in the South Downs Park there are some great National Trust sites alongside the South Downs way great for cycling and walking.
Winchester is easy to access by car or bus and is full of history with a cathedral beautiful grounds cute wine bars and restaurants.
Beaches are 17 miles away (nearest ) with great walks nature reserve and visiting the hovercraft museum enroute to Lee on Solent and Stokes bay.
Portsmouth is not too far away for cross Chanel ferry’s and Southampton for crossings to the Isle of Wight.

We have stayed at Dell Croft twice. Diana is very welcoming and relaxed - I've never had a hug from a CL owner before! We like CLs that are informal and this suits us well. Spent a week here and fortunate to pitch on the hardstanding. Levelling blocks advised for two thirds of the site. As per the site description the gateway would be tight for larger outfits - our 'van is 7.2m and wouldn't have wanted to pull anything larger through the gate. Again... Show more
