Good value hols on site with friendly owner. Relaxing spot and loved watching the ponies, so just right for us, basic but quiet. Our dog, us and our not so new but much loved motorhome will be happy to go back.

This is NOT a campsite but a working farm. I visited this site at Easter, but I seemed to be the only person here. As advertised there are no facilities at all, except a cold water tap by the horses. Not easy to find, I found what I thought was the place with... Show more

This site offers great value for money. If you are looking for a manicured site with facilities and easy access then this is probably not for you. Once you get to the field its a lovely spot. Another reviewer called it quirky, an apt description

Easy to find, access narrow but fine if taken with care, owner Mr Penny welcoming. Great fresh eggs, TV and 3G signals very good. It was lovely to watch the resident ponies. Easy walk into Hythe and New Forest.

Forest Lodge Farm can only be described as quirky! From the initial entrance with a menagerie of various breeds of Chickens, through the fascinating farmers graveyard of old ploughs, tractors and the odd caravan thats seen better days, along the narrow track and into the camping field, its like driving...
