Outstanding in every respect.

Booked via by e-mail contact with Ann who was very helpful. £22 per unit per night. It’s hidden away down a lane, turn left in front of the motorhome dealers & go through the gate. Lovely flat site with loads of space, several 16amp hook up points and water points.... Show more

Very sad site

This site needs a major overhaul, broken boats, dilapidated outhouses, huge, deep potholes, taps not working and the worst ever elsan emptying point we have ever seen (take rubber gloves) never saw the owner. If this is because it is winter then the site should close over this period.... Show more

Wonderful waterfront location

This spacious CL is located on a disused quay at the head of a tidal creek. The pitches are well spaced and a number of them have a firmer base and two are on concrete. The location is very quiet and there is a track to walk around the coast line. There... Show more

Best CL we found in 20 years

We stayed at Mill Rythe for over 5 weeks in 2022 and can't wait to return in 2023. Very tranquil and relaxing. The site is based in a picturesque former boatyard and still has the slipway with a very usable tidal range if you are a kayak or boat owner like... Show more

Good peaceful site

Mill Rythe is a peaceful site a short drive from the Hayling Island beach. It's close to the main road but not signposted after turning off (it's right by Harbour Creek Motorhomes). All pitches have EHU and water. The pitches are grass but firm (although it was dry and sunny while... Show more

great site

great new site, good for dogwalking, very easy going, mostly! although some people on site I think would have liked complete silence. we have been to many sites on Hayling Island run by Miss Ann Rogers, and this one is as good

Reasonable but needs improvement

A new CL, still a bit rough around the edges, and in need of a tidy up. Very interesting Creekside location and good size pitches. You hear a droning sound from the nearby main road connecting the island, not too much of a problem, except the noisy motorcyclist in the... Show more

Most interesting CL with bird watching, dog walking and fishing potential.

The site photos do not show that it has a 40 metre quay which is alongside the creek which floods twice a day to a depth of about 1 metre depending on whether the tides are springs or neaps. While we were there we sat in our caravan (in the... Show more
