- This site is Under new management since February 2021.
- Magnolia Pitches is situated in the heart of Staunton and close to but not inconvenienced by the facilities that Staunton has on offer for the would-be stopover or long term visitor.
- The site is adult only, expansive, level and set to lawn behind the cottage providing a high level of privacy and security with 16A enhanced electric hook-ups.
- Suitable for those who wish to go Off Grid as the electric is charged on top of the pitch fee. Complimentary electric bike charging available and secure store.
- Well behaved dogs welcome.
- Within a 5 minute walk there is a very well stocked Premier Shop, a bus stop and a part time fully licenced community run pub/café “The Swan Hub”.
- Within a mile a Coarse Fishing Lake (Staunton Court). Within 2 miles a bakery and a petrol station with an adjoining Londis Store (sells Calor Gas bottles).
- Within 2.5 miles a Pub.
- Numerous Public footpaths in the locality directly from the site.

A great little site with a warm welcome
This is the best little CL! Rebecca and Paul are excellent hosts. It was no problem to move our dates by a day when our plans had to change. We stayed on one of the gravel hard-standing pitches for three nights in early March and had the site to ourselves.... Show more

Excellent CL
This was our return visit in February 2024 to Magnolia Pitches. We found it on the way back north last year from Devon. Becky and Paul are friendly and welcoming hosts. There are 2 hard standing fully serviced pitches for winter use along with 5 exceptionally large, flat grass serviced pitches reserved... Show more

Pleasant Surprise on Arrival & Departure
