Had a really enjoyable stay at Earls Hall Farm for three nights in early May 2024. Arrived in the rain but following two days were bright and sunny so enjoyed a bike ride from the site to the coast (just a couple of miles) and then along the coast all... Show more

Good site, facilities OK but not the best, though all functional. Plenty of space on site. Nice and quiet. Good spot for getting out and about. I cycled over to Mersea Island via Point Clear and the small foot ferry. Only operates I think during spring / summer months, but... Show more

We had a week from the 10th July. Only two miles out from seafront at Clacton three large fishing lakes at Earls Hall. Owner really nice . The only noise each day was from a shooting range not far away. Otherwise a very peaceful pleasant site.
