View and BookWe look forward to welcoming you to this spacious site on our working farm in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of East Sussex. The farm is a mixture of grazing sheep, woodlands, bird and wildlife conservation areas.
Fabulous views of the Brede Valley and surrounded by nature with Barn Owls nesting/roosting in the barn next to site and a wonderful variety of birds. Footpaths from the site leading to local pubs and the 1066 Country Route. Please keep your dogs under control and on a lead.
We have a toilet facility and chemical toilet/grey water disposal for your sole use on site. We are a green site with a Biodisc Soil Treatment Plant system which means you must use products designed for this – please bring Green toilet flush rinse etc – If you do not have any it is available to buy from Harborough Stores at our entrance.
Ideally situated to visit Ancient Cinque Port of Rye, Rye Harbour, Winchelsea, Camber Sands, Pett Level, Hastings, Dungeness, Great Dixter Gardens, Sissinghurst Castle, Bodium Castle, Battle Abbey and many more.
We are on the main bus route between Hastings and Rye, the Stagecoach 100 Bus. Stagecoach have a great App which is available from your App Store.
Directions are simple we are situated directly off the main A259 between Hastings and Rye. We share an entrance with Harborough Stores. If you are coming from north of us beware that the SatNav will try to divert you from the main roads as a quicker route but some of the lanes are very narrow and not suitable for caravans, it would be best to follow the main roads such as the M25/A21/A259.
