Now under new management! Welcome to our friendly, family run caravan site, set in the quiet rural location, just outside the historic village of Skipsea, with its ideal location by the coast and local amenities, a short drive to the Wolds Way and Yorkshire Dales.
Our site benefits from both hard standing and grass pitches all with electric hook up, we can offer adjacent storage, and have a site set up and return service for a minimal charge.
There is a private shower and toilet block which has been recently refurbished and cleaned daily.
We are a family of dog lovers and welcome yours, we just ask they are kept on leads and you pick up after them. This area has many beautiful varied dog walks within a short distance.
We love our home and site and try hard to make it pleasant and welcoming for you, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Great site
What a lovely welcome on arrival. Sadly the field was very boggy which did cause us a small problem . Able to use motor mover but would have had problems if this was not an option.The owner was very worried that we’d get stuck , allowed us to park car... Show more

Home from home
We love visiting this site. It really is home from home. Wendy and Mel are very welcoming and helpful. The toilet and shower block is great just what you need while staying in a caravan. We also use the storage facility. Very secure with CCTV and locked gates after hours.... Show more

Lovely CL & Lovely owners

welcome to peace and quiet
this site is fabulous welcoming people great facilities so peaceful within reach of nearby attractions.amazing to be able to sit in your caravan and watch deer hares and loads of other wild life happily sharing the site with you.what a wonderful stay we had there can,t wait to return there

Peaceful weekend
We were warmly welcomed on arrival and assisted with locating the pitch. The owners were very friendly and informative on the local area. The site is quiet and peaceful and it has clean amenities. I will definitely be visiting again.
