Beverley Certificated Locations

Beverley is a market town in the East Riding of Yorkshire and is often overlooked in favour of its larger neighbour, Hull. However, it's an excellent destination for a British break in its own right.

There is culture and history aplenty thanks to an incredible Minster, Georgian Quarter and the 15th century North Bar, while the White Horse Inn is one of the last pubs in the world to still use authentic gas lighting.

However, there's also lots to do once you've taken a look at the historical side of the town. High street shops are available in the Flemingate shopping centre and independent boutiques are nestled down cobbled streets, courtyards and arcades.

On a sunny day, there are boat rides to enjoy down the River Hull - or take the kids to a fantastic indoor soft play centre when it's raining.

You can also partake in a day at the races, attend one of Beverley's many food and drink festivals and dine at gourmet restaurants, hip coffee shops and cosy cafes.

Don't overlook this hidden gem for your next holiday.
