Why stay here ...

A well situated site with access to the beautiful Jurassic coast and countryside. Our site is peaceful and relaxed in an unspoilt rural environment.

There are many popular, local attractions nearby. Bere Village offers a shop, post office, pubs and the nearest town of Wareham (an 8 minute drive) offers shops, supermarket, banks,river boat trips and quayside fish & chips. 

Limited facilities on site but we have a chemical disposal point.

A lovelly site centrally situated.

Would give it a five stars but unfortunately the toilet area lets it down a bit, the bowl is clean but the sink and floor were not touched the whole week we were there, a bit of tlc and cleaning would mean we would return. Some areas need leveling blocks, little... Show more

Great little site

A perfect site for us, lovely countryside, not far from the coast in a beautiful part of Dorset. Lots of room to find your favourite spot, grass tidy, electric, water, waste etc all fine, and a friendly owner too. Lilly the cat enjoyed the peace and quiet and watching the horses... Show more

Ideal Touring Base

This was our second stay on this charming CL. The directions need to be read carefully and keep an eye out for the distances, our milometer didn't entirely agree with those in the directions. Also need to note the CL doesn't display CL signs at its entrance. The CL takes five... Show more

Nice basic site

This is a nice big field, very quiet, nice views, basic facilities, clean and tidy. There is no gate to the field and it's not clear where the site owner lives - we went to the wrong house first time. This is the second time we have stayed here -... Show more
