Blandford Forum Certificated Locations

A small market town in Dorset, Blandford Forum is a charming destination known for its plentiful Georgian architecture.

After a fire destroyed most of the town in 1731, local architects John and William Bastard took on much of rebuilding project, resulting in a town centre that's almost entirely from this period. Highlights include the parish church of St Peter and St Paul, the town hall and the Pump House Fire monument.

The 'forum' that gives Blandford its name is an open market space, and visitors can learn more about Blandford by visiting one of three local museums: Blandford Town Museum, the Cavalcade of Costume Museum and the Royal Signals Museum.
