Beautiful but not what it seems :(
Stayed for a weekend. The good - Very warm welcome by owners and can’t complain at the price. Arrived late in evening, directed to a field several fields away from many house, high up, fabulous views, tons of space and a water tap. The not so good - Walked to find... Show more

Escot house should not be a CL
On arriving at Escot house which we had booked the Receptionists didn't know where the site properly was, there was no sign. We eventually realized we were on a field with a large school party in tents next to a clay pigeon shooting activity.Still thinking this was the wrong place... Show more

A beautiful overnight stop
Glad we hadn't read the previous review before choosing to overnight here. Having been to Beautiful Days Festival three times, and stayed on the official festival site, I can confirm that the CL field we stayed on is not within that area. It is beautifully situated, on top of a... Show more

Do not use this when the festival is on!
This spoilt our whole holiday, we were attending the beautiful days festival and were told that the caravan site was open so when we arrived we found the site to be a field with no waste disposal, one tap, cow pats everywhere, flooded and they wanted £50 to stay here!... Show more
