Located just 3 miles inland from Combe Martin in rural North Devon, our site is set within 5 acres with facilities including mains water, grey waste and an Elsan point. There is also a dog exercise area.
Higher Twitchen CL is well positioned for exploring the rugged North Devon coast. We are on the edge of the Exmoor National Park and a short drive from the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde. We are also on the edge of the North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). There is plenty to do in the area whether you enjoy walking, surfing, horse-riding, sea-kayaking or fishing.
There are lots of attractions and places to visit in North Devon. Visitor attractions such as Arlington Court and the National Trust Carriage Museum, RHS Gardens Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal or the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway are well worth a visit. Other place of interest include the Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet, Tarr Steps, Ilfracombe Harbour, Lundy island, Clovelly and Heddon's Mouth.
