Lovely base to explore the area

Stayed here for 6 nights in June. Had a choice of pitches so chose the left hand side so could see views over the fields and grazing sheep (this side also had the sun longer). Was greeted by Jane in her golf buggy with a useful welcome pack and our... Show more

Beautiful

What a beautiful site, a site of two halves. The actual site is surrounded by rolling hills studded with lambs and sheep with lots of wabbits and even Partridges on site. A stoll through the farm yard takes you to Shangri-la with lakes, rhododendrons and beautiful established trees. So peaceful... Show more

Off the beaten track!

A narrow approache to this site which has good views, well cut grass and friendly owners. Recycling is in operation. In an area with plenty of places to visit, walk and cycle. Bideford is the nearest town with supermarkets selling fuel and a choice of other shops and eating places Barnstaple is in the... Show more

Highly recommended

A delightful CL with wonderful views of the Devon hills, with sheep grazing. The field is good, with a sort of flower-bed in the middle giving you a modicum of privacy - there was only one other van there. We were warmly welcomed, and enjoyed our night there... Show more
