What a gem of a site, with a great local pub

This is an excellent find; we will definitely be back. The site is level and drains well (we had thunderstorms on consecutive days). Sarah the landlady at the pub who runs the site, and her daughter Jess, barman and chef really go out of their way to be... Show more

Lovely weekend break

Just home from a weekend stay here. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Lovely site, road gets busy at times but quiet at night. Everyone super friendly in the pub (including the locals) and dogs are very welcome. We will be back

Very poor

no welcome had to get toilet log in from other people on the site, shower not working but looked horrid. No sanitation station to toilet key pad, noicey Road and factory buzzer for start of day, lunch time and end of day. Would not return

Excellent

Peaceful, excellent welcome, parking area flat and tidy, pub great good beer and food, quite a few footpaths in locality, also river not far away. Quiet and peaceful at night even the cows in field next door were quiet. Dog made welcome and allowed in Pub, will definitely go again.

FABULOUS

What a great site. We stayed for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend and were made to feel so welcome. Our dog was made very welcome in the pub too and nothing was too much trouble. Water bowl provided for the dog etc. It was very quiet and peaceful at night... Show more
